Initiate Consulting started off with the vision of promoting and enhancing the entrepreneurial landscape of Pakistan. Client Engagement Program
The Client Engagement Program is the primary initiative of Initiate Consulting, where it sends cross functional engagement teams to rapidly growing startups to help them scale their operations, primarily focusing on functions where the startup may lack in resources. Over the years, Initiate Consulting has offered a wide range of specialities, as laid out on our services page to create impact for 9 Clients.
Ideation Academy
Ideation Academy is an opportunity curated for the LUMS General Body to come up with meaningful and impactful start-up ideas and create tangible impact while learning and utilising the principles of design thinking: Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.
Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program serves as a pre-incubation program where ideation-level start-ups will be mentored on how to refine their ideas and develop them into a functioning business model, which can further be taken to incubation level.
Initiate HelpDesk
At major entrepreneurial and business events like YLES, HULT Prize, etc, Initiate Consulting has a Consultancy Stall to aid participants with their deliverables.
